What are all the monitoring applications supported?

Can AlarmsOne pull alerts from SaaS-based applications?

Yes. AlarmsOne uses webhook to pull alerts from SaaS-based apps. For applications which don’t have built-in integration, you can use Email integration to integrate that application with AlarmsOne.

Can I see the alerts based on different time zone?

During poller installation, you will be prompted for a time zone. You can specify the correct time zone values so that the alerts are created with respective time zone badge. You can view alerts from multiple locations in one place.
